My husband and I were in search of our first home and had a short timeline. We cannot recommend Denise Connell enough to use as your next realtor!!! She was dedicated to finding us our perfect home. She listened, searched, advised, and advocated for us! Throughout the entire processes we felt supported. As first time homebuyers we had no idea what to expect. Denise eased our anxieties and made this experience so special and exciting!

Denise is the best realtor one could ask for! They made the home buying process easy for me and took a lot of stress off my plate. She is very easy to work with, she fits her schedule to meet your needs. When you have a question you will get a response within the minute. I wouldn't choose any other realtor except for Denise.

Denise did a great job representing my wife and I from a buyer perspective. She always gave us advice when we encountered a new circumstance, and she had no problem with us making decisions that weren't aligned with the advice she had given. Denise was responsive with every text message sent and phone call made. We never had a problem with getting in touch with her -- and when we did speak, she was very polite and up-beat. Denise was not only patient with us, but she was also patient with the seller's agent -- who proved to be extremely difficult and technologically challenged at times.

I'm very happy to have worked with Denise on my purchase. Without a doubt her vast knowledge of the local market helped me to have an offer accepted on a property before it even came on the market - which was of extreme value in a very tough market for buyers and which I'm sure saved me tens of thousands of dollars on the purchase. I had met Denise at an open house in Dedham several years ago. I was impressed by her local knowledge and she presented as friendly and honest. As a result when it came time to sell my home in Dedham I contacted Denise. She was patient and supportive throughout the process. She was extremely good at timing all of the necessary events such as open house and offering good advise to make the most of our sale.
